Melissa Suzanne George, an Australian actress and businesswoman who also is an inventor and model. When she began her career in her native country she eventually moved to Hollywood and found great successes there. George is a Perth native who was interested initially in skateboarding and dance. Her modeling career began in her teens. She was awarded the Western Australia Teenage Model Year 1992. The first time she appeared on screen was an Episode of the Seven Networks' soap series Home and Away the following year. Dark City marked her screen debut, and she has since played a variety of supporting roles for projects including Alias The Limey & Down with Love. Prior to taking on her first lead role in a major Hollywood production in The Amityville Horror's 2005 remake She had played in numerous other films. She's among America's most sought after Australian ex-pats. George launched Style Snaps, her product as the inventor.
